Venturi Charity Shoot Photo Essay

Each year, Venturi Private Wealth hosts an annual charity shoot with net proceeds benefitting Honor Flight Austin – an esteemed organization that has successfully taken over 2,000 veterans to our nation’s capital to visit the memorials built in their honor.

“Our annual fundraiser is one of the highlights of what we do at Venturi because it has a significant impact on Texas veterans,” said Matthew Maxcy, Associate Advisor of Venturi Private Wealth. “I’ve seen firsthand the benefit to veterans as they take what is often their first and only trip to Washington, D.C., with a group of their brothers and sisters in arms to visit memorials dedicated to their sacrificial service. These WWII, Korean and Vietnam war veterans have given so much to our country, signing a blank check for their lives, that anything we can do to give back is absolutely worthwhile.”

This year’s event will feature sporting clays, shooting competitions, raffle prizes, silent auction and food from Crimson Creek Smokehouse. For more information visit and keep scrolling for photos from previous events and the resulting memorial visits by our nation’s veterans.
