Leadership roles in the world of engineering are more versatile and complex than one would think. There are currently no leadership development programs dedicated for the STEM professional, and existing leadership programs don’t focus on the particular complexities of leadership in a technical company. That’s why TxEEE is developing a new curriculum that is devoted to shaping the next generation of engineering leaders.

We invite you to join us for our first-ever leadership roundtable in partnership with the Austin Technology Council, where you’ll learn more about our engineering leadership program and have the opportunity to provide your insight on how to shape the future leaders of the engineering world, across all industries.

The TxEEE Engineering Leadership Roundtable will be held on Thursday, August 1st.We will host a free breakfast in our new Engineering Education and Research Center to dive deeper into discussing the course topics and also allow you to ask questions of the instructors for the program. This is a great opportunity for you to offer your opinion of what your current workforce may need.

Please feel free to invite friends, colleagues, and coworkers to join us for this worthwhile conversation. Industry input is vital to course development, and your feedback is crucial to launching this program. Please let me know if you can join us for the discussion or if you have any additional questions. Thank you for being a part of shaping the future of engineering leadership. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
