The CARES Act – Key Insights for Business Leaders hosted by Insperity

On March 27, President Trump signed into law the CARES Act which is designed to address the economic and health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Experts from the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber and Schreck will join us to provide an overview of the CARES Act with a focus on the Paycheck Protection Program, the centerpiece of this legislation for small and medium sized businesses. The CARES Act is monumental in the breadth of relief it provides and the speed in which it intends to deliver that relief. There are lots of questions yet to be addressed, but we will share our thoughts on what can be done immediately to prepare to take advantage of this unprecedented opportunity.
