With over 20 years of experience, Frank has advised some of the world’s most recognizable brands—including Nike, Keurig Dr Pepper, Kellogg’s, and Beam Suntory—on how to accelerate speed to market, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen customer loyalty.

At Improving, Frank leads AI/ML strategy and innovation initiatives, building solutions such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI readiness frameworks, and demand forecasting engines.

Frank also serves as Co-Chair of the Austin AI Alliance, advancing responsible AI adoption across industries, the public sector and academia. He is a certified Microsoft AI/ML Engineer Professional and a recognized public speaker passionate about helping organizations unlock growth by combining process discipline with emerging AI capabilities.
