May 29, 2019 @ 9:00 am - May 31, 2019 @ 5:00 pm

3-day camp that promotes pursuit of STEAM disciplines using Space to inspire participants.

When: May 29 – 31, 2019 from 9 am – 5 pm each day
Where: St. Edward’s University, School of Natural Sciences, 3001 S. Congress Ave., Austin, Texas 78704
For Whom: High school students through those who just completed freshmen year at any college
What’s included: All supplies, lunch and snacks each day.
How much: $300
This is St. Ed’s fourth year hosting Go-for-Launch! and we are the only college in Texas to do so for the last 4 years!
The three-day camp will run May 29 – 31, 2019 at St. Edward’s University and is open to high school students and college freshmen (both incoming and those who just completed their freshman year).
Students will spend three days with an astronaut (this year, Frank Culbertson) and other mentors designing experiments to fly to the International Space Station (ISS).  The projects will be judged before the end of the camp, and the winning project has a chance to get built, flown to the ISS, and conducted on the ISS!
Go-for-Launch! gives new meaning to St. Ed’s slogan:  “Take on Your World!”
Students can apply for scholarships to offset the $300 tuition (which includes snacks and lunch each day) — again, see the Go-for-Launch website for more information.
