“LEVERAGING THOUGHT DIVERSITY IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAMS”
As an industry, Technology has been slow to embrace diversity, but rising pressure to lower costs and utilize remote teams made it a necessity. The resulting cultural shift created a strain on the operations and performance of many tech companies. More recently, the industry has begun to recognize the value of diversity as something more than a quota or buzzword, and instead use it as a powerful tool with real implications for improved product quality and innovation. This panel discussion will reveal how several Austin companies have leveraged diversity in its many forms, to fuel growth and thrive among the competition, at times in unexpected ways.
The event will be held at Z’Tejas downtown and free valet is provided to those who register.
