DESCRIPTION:Roundtable: Women in Tech “The Stages of Giving & Receiving Critical Feedback”\nMonthly breakfasts targeted to specific groups within the Austin technology community to come together in a small group of 25-40. These events include a featured speaker who kicks off open discussion amongst attendees. \nAGENDA \n7:30 – 8:00 AM Networking over light breakfast \n8:00 – 9:00 AM Program: Facilitator may have a short presentation with the bulk of the conversation being an open discussion between guests. \nMEET THE FACILITATOR \nMary Flanagan\, President & CEO of HERdacity – Mary Flanagan is the President & CEO of HERdacity\, a women’s leadership nonprofit dedicated to supporting women’s economic empowerment. Mary speaks regularly on Leadership\, Management\, Male Allyship\, Work-Life Balance\, and Career & Networking for Women. Prior to joining HERdacity\, Mary led Strategy and Marketing teams for Dell/EMC’s multi-billion-dollar Retail segment.  While at Dell\, Mary was selected to lead Dell’s PRIDE community global pillar to drive LGBT Diversity and Inclusion. Dell earned the Human Rights Campaign Foundation “Best Place to Work” for LGBT 2016\, 2017. Mary has worked in Corporate Strategy and Management roles in Consulting and Tech for over 20 years. She has an MBA in Finance from Wharton\, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in English Literature from Williams College.
