Job Description
Performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support sales staff to ensure the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers. Primary responsibilities include processing sales leads and assuring leads are directed to the appropriate staff member, conducts follow up to assure timely delivery of sales materials, phone contacts to augment the efforts of the sales staff as needed, processing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports, answers routine product questions and directs questions to appropriate personnel as required, and other duties as assigned.
Primary focus on US Enterprise, Government & Higher Education Markets, plus US Business Resellers. Must be able to interface with multiple cross-functional team members that are both in office and remote in the field. Must be comfortable participating in meetings via in person or virtually (phone and video conf).
Education, Experience, and/or Skills required: 
4+ years industry experience encompassing:
Sales support, administration or pre-sales activities.
Preferably containing at least 3+ years working with a Sales, Marketing or Sales Finance team.
Preferred industries include Technology, Telecommunications, Distribution or F1000 companies.
Familiarity with larger Business or Government organizational methodology.
BA/BS required
Program, Project or Process management experience a plus
Experience working directly with sales, understanding common sales terms and methodologies.
