Partner Success Marketing Consultant at OneAffiniti

OneAffiniti is looking for a Marketing Consultant to join our Partner Success team in our Austin office to maintain and grow our relationship with the world’s largest IT companies. You’ll be responsible for ensuring Channel Partner’s success as they participate in our digital marketing programs. You are both a consultant, that can architect innovative solutions, and a business developer that will create new business opportunities through building long-lasting relationships and a desire to grow businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the overall client relationship and satisfaction 
  • Creating and managing day-to-day relations with our partners and advising them on digital marketing campaign, content and social media strategy 
  • Establish, develop and maintain a strategic relationship with the key marketing and sales stakeholders within the client – up to the executive level
  • Assisting with consistent execution of the partners’ digital marketing strategy to meet/exceed monthly sales targets as defined by OneAffiniti
  • Analyze results and make data-driven decisions to keep partners actively participating in and reporting results for relevant program(s)
  • Drive the development and growth of the assigned clients
  • Work with the internal team, as well as clients, to develop innovative solutions that support our clients’ business
  • Propose new programs and ideas that bring value to the client’s business and generate revenue to OneAffiniti

Requirements and Qualifications

  • B.A or Masters in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing with a proven record of meeting/exceeding business targets
  • 5+ years of experience successfully managing internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines in a professional manner and with a high level of integrity
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of IT vendor/channel partner marketing
  • Tech sector/channel partner experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Results orientated
  • Curious and open-minded
  • Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft or Google applications
