HR/Recruiting Coordinator

Modernize is seeking a HR/Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring and human resources functions. This is the perfect position for someone eager to grow their career in people operations. What you will do:
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Own the  job posting schedule and recruiting related tools
  • Produce ad hoc recruiting and HR reports
  • Event coordination including happy hours, college recruiting fairs, and various networking events
  • Assist with processing candidate hires, conducting background checks and initiating the onboarding process
  • Assist the Recruiting team with sourcing and identifying talent through creative recruiting campaigns
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, processes and systems
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation
  • Assist with Learning and Development initiatives
  • Maintain our employee records in the HRIS system
  • Maintain confidential data and information
  • Coordinate partnerships and employer branding projects
What we are looking for:
  • 1+ years of recruiting and/or HR coordinating experience
  • Ability to work closely with C-level Executives and handling confidential information
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines via an Applicant Tracking System (ie: Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) is a plus
  • Experience using an HRIS system (ie: Namely, Workday, Zenefits) is a plus
  • Proven track record for successfully supporting Recruiters and/or HR Professionals in high growth environments
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
