FP&A Senior Manager

What we’re looking for:

As a Senior Manager in FP&A, you will be a critical member of the Modernize team. Your focus will be to actively support the revenue driving leadership team in reporting, analysis, planning, and key business decisions. The role will provide visibility as well as identify efficiencies and opportunities to drive the business forward.

What you’ll do:

  • Self navigate to consistently gain a deeper understanding of the business, drivers, and KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with leadership team and provide analysis to drive growth/improvement
  • Work with revenue generating VPs to develop a repeating report/meet/discuss/decide cycle –this could be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your guidance and collaboration with each executive
  • Deliver and continue to evolve reporting packages
  • Create new tools/dashboards that enable teams throughout the company to analyze the various costs and value-drivers
  • Own quarterly and yearly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify and recommend changes to company policies, procedures and internal controls, as necessary
  • Assist team with system implementations and special projects

  • BBA in Finance required, MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years experience required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, specifically advanced Excel expertise
  • Salesforce and QuickBooks knowledge preferred
  • Report writing in third party application (QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
