WGU is excited to invite you to the next gathering of the Austin Women in Tech Impactors Network, a WGU initiative focused on closing gender gaps in the technology industry by bringing together community and tech leaders committed to advancing women in tech.

This meeting will bring together leaders from technology, education, and the broader community to:

  • Explore emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the Austin Tech Industry, particularly as they relate to women in tech
  • Discuss barriers and potential solutions to advancing women in technology careers
  • Highlight the role of male allyship in supporting a more inclusive tech ecosystem
  • Continue expanding and strengthening the Austin Women in Tech Impactors Network

The program will feature a fireside chat with Thom Singer, CEO of the Austin Tech Council, moderated by Mark Garcia, Co-Lead of the Austin Women in Tech Impactors Network. Thom will share insights on the evolving tech landscape in Austin and how industry leaders can work together to create more opportunities for women in the field.
