Erin Randall is a longtime agile coach and scrum master with a deep passion for helping teams move from good to great. Based here in Austin, Texas, she specializes in innovative retrospectives and asking about the elephant in the room. When she isn’t at an agile meetup, she can generally be found with her nose in a book, hiking Eleanor and Beatrice, or cooking up her next big travel adventure.
