Accelerated Introduction to AI/Machine Learning

AI approaches based on machine learning (ML) methodologies are experiencing explosive growth in adoption, usage, and results — enabled by the corresponding increases in digital data generation and availability and in cost-effective computational power including GPUs and accelerators.

This workshop will accelerate understanding of the entire ML process by using prepared scripts, data, and codes, and the ‘cooking show’ method of initiating steps but then quickly moving to completed versions of each step. It will provide hands-on experience with a classical machine learning problem and a deep learning problem, emphasizing context and understanding of the process–not just tools and techniques–through these scripts and steps.
