The Flatiron School, in part of the educational pillar of the We Company, is an outcomes-focused bootcamp, offering a transformative education that bridges the gap between higher education and workforce readiness. In as little as 15 weeks, students will learn to code and launch lifelong careers as software engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.

In partnership with the Austin Technology Council, local leaders, industry, and hiring partners, the Flatiron School is on a mission to enable the pursuit of a better life through education for Austinites of all backgrounds and walks of life. Together, we will create community, economic strength, and shared impact in all we do.
