Austin Life Science Entrepreneurs Forum
The Next Wave Austin Life Science Entrepreneurs Forum (ALES) was designed to facilitate the growth of life science technologies in Central Texas. Austin sits at the tipping point of rapid growth in this sector; the forum aims to tap into the building momentum and advance the growth of these emerging technologies by providing a unique executive program for open discussions of emerging trends, issues and new market opportunities in the life science arena. In its fourth year, ALES will continue to provide a closely connected executive community that shares best practices, actively resolves common issues, freely exchanges ideas, promotes research and education, and supports the growth of life science companies.

Member Testimonials:
“The ALES group is fully dedicated to the life science, medical device, pharmaceutical, bio-technology and general healthcare fields and has been a valuable forum for industry executives to share their experiences and expertise. The successes, concerns, personnel, resources and financing associated with these specialties is unique unto itself and the ALES group has proven to be a great place to foster relationships to deal with those issues.”
Gary Sabins, President and CEO, Spinal Restoration, Inc.
"I think this is such a great forum for life sciences executives. The greater the reach the better, so I'll personally continue to forward ALES info along to all the CEOs I know in the space. The casual atmosphere really lends itself well to networking. I like Rick Hawkins' ability to bring big issues to the front, and I hope it motivates other attendees to raise issues that are relevant to them. This should stimulate good discussion and good solutions. Thanks!"
Jessica L. Hanover, PhD, Director of Bioscience, Austin Technology Incubator, University of Texas at Austin
